Summer officially arrives today and my favorite summer holiday will be here very soon. So let’s get patriotic with some free Fourth of July Printables today!
I love decorating for Independence Day. Adding touches of Old Glory here and there always brings a smile to my face. Since I’m big on seasonal decor, I like to make a shift to a particular holiday as simple as possible. Placing a patriotic printable among the summer decorations is as easy as can be!
Small Signs for Tiered Trays and Tight Spaces
I have collected several signs for the Fourth of July over the years. I tend to use them on trays and in displays where space is at a premium. As I was unpacking my holiday bin, I thought how glad I was to have them all!
With inflation these days, I am avoiding spending on things as frivolous as signs. So I wanted to create a few that I could share in case you’re feeling the same way.
These prints are all 4 x 4 and work perfectly for a tiered tray design. You can find them in the tiered tray section of the library. The Rooster is also available in last year’s group as an 8 x 10 as well.
Vintage Independence Day
I thought it might be fun to add another print with a vintage vibe this year. Putting this one together had me thinking about grade school. My first ever oral report was on Betsy Ross and I was scared to death! To this day, I have a fear of public speaking and much prefer the written word.
There are two versions of this print. I like the vintage look of the first one created with a parchment digital paper. However, I have a parchment type paper for some of my crafts on hand so I did a second with a plain background. It looks exactly the same but uses less ink. I wanted to give you a choice so here they are!
Kitchen Prints
This year’s collection has some new prints that will brighten up the kitchen. The next best thing to a tiered tray is a picture of one! BBQ’s this time of year just have to include watermelon and of course red, white, and blue flowers are always welcome.
Just Fun
Everything about this holiday is fun! BBQ’s, Fireworks, Patriotic songs… I love it all! I always try to create at least one series for each holiday. Prints that work well together but can still be used alone. Above all I wanted them to express the plain old fun of the Fourth of July.
I have included several little bicycles in so many of my designs this year. A pink one for a spring tiered tray, a blue beach bike for a lantern, and several others in seasonal prints. I’m crazy about the look so I made these a part of this year’s offerings.
Last Year’s Favorites
I often find it necessary to remove the prints of a holiday or season from the Library. Having so many there can slow down the site quite a bit. However, I will bring back all your favorites as the holiday approaches. The prints below along with several others are back!
Holiday Gifts
Printables make such great gifts for the holiday. A cute kitchen print as a hostess gift for a friend will make a splash at the BBQ. If a military family will be part of your celebration this year, it’s a great way to say “Thank you for your service.”
You loved the coordinating gift tags last year so I’ve added them back to the Library as well. I’ve included several of this year’s prints as well.
